High Speed, High Precision Pick & Place Robots
Offering the next level in speed and precision, FANUC Selective Compliance Articulated Robot Arm (SCARA) robots – available in 3kg or 6kg payload capacities – are perfect for assembly and pick and place applications for consumer electronics, auto components, plastics and medical devices.
All models operate in a 360° envelope and, thanks to their pedestal-mount design, occupy a small space-saving footprint.
For high-speed small parts handling applications with payloads of up to 1kg, FANUC’s M-1 series of Delta robots is an ultra-compact solution.
With 3, 4 or 6 axes, these high-speed assembly robots are as versatile as the human hand, and make an ideal alternative to complicated and expensive ‘hard’ automation.
Models on display will include an SR-3iA high-speed pick and place display, as well as two M-1iA robot displays; one demonstrating high-speed bottle transfer and another demonstrating a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly.
