Technical Support Engineer Robotics 

Place of work: Malmö, Sweden
Duration: Indefinite. 
Preferred start: August 2020

Your tasks will include:

• You will be a member of the Nordic Technical Support team
• You will provide support to our system integrators and end customers throughout the Nordic and the Baltic countries
• You will have a key role in all kind of technical questions to get business growth in product sales.
• The support consists of:
  • general product support of FANUC robot products
  • customer support by phone, mail or on-site
  • technical support for local service team, sales team and operations team
  • give customer training in FNO offices and onsite
• You will also be the main contact for technical support needed in the Head Office Experience centre.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in robot programming automation
• Knowledge and working experience with FANUC robots is an asset
• Excellent problem analysis, resolution and documentation skills
• Proficient spoken and written English is mandatory
• Good communication internally and externally
• High level of flexibility and willing to travel within the Nordics and the Baltics
• Customer oriented, self-motivated and reliable
• Team worker
• Driving license required
